Whatever happened to the ICQ/AIM support that is promised? Haven't seen Aletia Support on ICQ or AIM in over a month, DON't PROMISE SOMETHING YOU ...

    Whatever Happened To ICQ/AIM Support?

    Whatever happened to the ICQ/AIM support that is promised? Haven't seen Aletia Support on ICQ or AIM in over a month, DON't PROMISE SOMETHING YOU CAN'T KEEP!

    It states on the webpage that they provide that service therefore it is a promise to the customers

    Saw them Online -- ONCE!

    I actually saw the AletiaCorp AIM online yesterday (or maybe the day before) for the first time. I was very surprised.

    I was hesitant to to sign up with Aletia at first but AIM tech support was one of the small things that contributed to me deciding to give them a try. And yes, I do sometimes regret it although I haven't had nearly as much trouble as others have.

    Yeah, I was surprised to see them on ICQ just a little while ago. I am starting to feel more confident that they are improving their service and that things will get better. Yay!

    thats one of the things i like about this web host! they let you contact via aim / icq!! thats great! hehe and this forum is nice (i really enjoy posting here!) also their control panel showed me how it would look like..etc
