Email issues & others - Read me

I contacted PWebtech to alert them to the issue. They host about 10 or 12 of Aletia's servers.

Unfortunately PWebtech - which I thanked for talking to me, a non-direct customer - cannot just barge into the servers without Aletia's knowledge. They did mention to me though that yesterday they were in touch with Aletia all day, to resolve issues with Stingray and what other machine broke down.

They will immediately attempt to reach Aletia via the same channels that they have done in the past and yesterday. Aletia has been a customer of theirs for the past 3 years.

Wow. At least the business Aletia does business with has good customer service.

If only people hosted on Aletia were so lucky.

Also, can Cobra users confirm that they ARE getting email from external websites (e.g. from yahoo/hotmail accounts)?
