    Does anyone work at Aletia on Sundays?

    I've been finding that trying to get any help whatsoever on weekends and especially Sundays is near impossible.

    Today(Sunday) and last Sunday, I had horrible server (Hamster) and ticket problems. I'm up to almost 5 hours of an unusable server today and no one has responded.

    Does any staff actually check the server stats on weekends or what?

    We are here 24/7 send me the ticket numbers per my post in the other thread and I will look into them for you.
