I've had two tickets responded to within half an hour recently.

    My Gawd', It's True!

Is this the same Aletia that I have been griping about for the last several months? I think not...

I think someone is going for some cheap advertising.

I e-mailed Paul about something and had an answer in about 1-2 hours.

The memories of good Aletia are coming back. In 1 1/2 months I am going to decide to stay or leave aletia. I think i might just be staying on for another year.

Yesterday I reported, with a ticket, someone using 90% of the CPU.

Ron replied 2 minutes later, fixing the problem.

Yeah, their turnaround has been outstanding. Wonder what happened? Maybe it had something to do with the fact that they were deluged with cancellations, and finally got the message.

I personally came within hours of cancelling myself. I was doing some heavy duty "new host" searching when I finally received a reply to my help ticket after 3 WEEKS of waiting. It's been smooth sailing ever since. The lack of explaination is a little bothersome though. Will it happen again?

    Holy ....!

I just noticed the link at the bottom of your web site.
Thank you very much! But that was not necessary!

Really. I did the logo as a quick 10 minute attempt to help you out, never expected anything in return. You are too much LOL
