New FAQ Fourm, no access?

I realize this forum is more than likely / and should be restricted to a read access primarly... to not bog up the purpose of what it could provide.

Are we going to have to write our FAQ's and submit them, having the Super Mods, or Mods post them?
Or will we be given a code for the access, once we have the file ready to add?
