    lol!

...but are you sure it isn't one of those types of things where an agency does something amateurish-looking on purpose, and leave it up to the Internet to take care of the rest?

There seems to be very few people around for an accident involving a bus, and they're juuust in the right place so as to be present but not block anything. Plus, the driver's side door is closed. Not too many accidents where the driver's going to do that right away -- and the only explanatioon of so few people that I could come up with is that the accident had just happened.

I don't think it diminishes the enjoyment, but I know of several cases of this kind of thing. Fallon, an ad agency I used to work for, did three fake "personal" Web sites (that were just so funnily god-awful though) for characters who then faced off with Billy Lee in TV spots. There's also a British anti-cell phone site whose DNS owner just "happens" to be Virgin -- the label who publishes an anti-cell phone song mentioned on the site (as, coincidentally, the only external link).

Sorry, I'm just in an adbusters mood today... But it's still funny.

Driving in Orlando is a challenge, but nothing like downtown Athens. I used to take the bus there in the early 90's, and it'd take 1hour 15 minutes for a 5 mile ride because of construction work. The Athens Metro was finished in 1999and apparently alleviated much of the traffic. Still, most drivers there use stick-shift cars and roads are narrow; forget about highways BTW. One thing I love about the US is AMPLE SPACE to move, drive and park your car.

Tell me about it. Of course, that's slightly compensated by the size of the cars...

Every time I visit, I can't stop thinking "the cars are so big!" This, coming from someone whose high school "beater" was a '74 Olds Cutlass Supreme: a two-door with a V8.

Have you seen the movie "Ali G in da house" ? If not - it's a British garage comedy - go see it! The guy is having a dream about East LA and driving one of these large bouncing caddilacs; in reality he has a Pegeuot 105 or something, with hind spoilers etc. Hilarious

Sounds great! I've seen some of his stuff, and he hosted the MTVe Music Awards last year. I'm sure I'll see it as soon as it comes out here (which I'm pretty sure it will because even "Kevin and Perry Go Large" passed through).

by the way, I drive a Toyota Corolla 'S' which is a medium sized car. Not much into the SUV/truck/van craze.

They just need to build smaller streets! No space = no SUV's (the ones that Dogma saw are typically from the suburbs rather than Paris proper; you can tell by the license plates).
