I've had similar good response the past couple of days. A good sign.
Nimi also was nice and fast for me. She handled one ticket within the first hour I sent it in yesterday and reassigned the other five minutes after I'd submitted it (which was a comment about the ticketing system itself).
For those who were wondering, "they keep promising, but when is support going to get better?", the answer is "now."
I have to say that I, too, put in a ticket for a multi-hosted domain and it was set up quickly by Laura.
