I have two favorites:

"I have to go commit certain deeds" - Homer, dressed in all black and nervous at the dinner table before "stealing" Moe's car, when questioned by Lisa.

"Oh, a sarcasm detector, that's a real useful invention"... KABOOM! - Comic Book Guy to Professor Frink when Mensa takes over Springfield.

Yeah Moe that team sure did suck last night. They just plain sucked! I've seen teams suck before, but they were the suckiest bunch of sucks that ever sucked!

Normally, I'd have far, far too many to list here. But I've been deprived of my favorite show for more than two years. So, the only one that comes to mind:

Lisa: "Hey, Ralph! Want to come with me and Allison to play anagrams?"
Allison: "We take proper names and rearrange the letters to form a description of that person."

Pause...

Ralph: "My cat's breath smells like cat food."
