    Puma-justice Be Served!

I want to leave a message to whichever account holder/s are contributing to the HIGH LOAD problems on PUMA....

GET YOUR ACCOUNT AND SITE TOGETHER AND IN CHECK NOW!

"You" are creating large amounts of problems, lost business, and headaches for many "rule-obiding" account holders, the Aletia staff, and myself!
If I were in charge, you're account would have been terminated awhile ago.

    TO ALETIA:
You must enforce the rules and regulations of the services you provide. As a multiple account holder with Aletia, I would expect you to restrict, remove, or ban any account holder who breaks these rules, especially in a case where a single machine has become so overloaded, such as PUMA...

Either remove the user/s acounts who are suspect of causing he overload, purchase a new machine to replace PUMA, or move my account to a different machine....all of which seem to be working much better than PUMA...

I just want the good service I have paid for, and have recived in the past.

I don't think there are any account problems on Puma anymore. If you do a top you will see it's not accounts that are a problem, seems to be a server issue, and they are still throttling bandwidth as a result.

Correct me if I'm wrong here.

    codogg,

Just to update you from my last post. I had enough of PUMA, and the service of Aletia. I have people that have told me that they have found my site to be nonaccessable for over a month now as a result of the problems with PUMA.

I cancelled my account with Aletia a couple of days back. I just can't take it anymore. I was losing to much business, and I get the feeling that they have no interest in addressing any issues with PUMA anytime soon.

Sure I got the old "We'll put you on another server" bit, but that's not acceptable to me, as I have come to these forums only to read that more and more of their servers are having issues. This is not the way to run a business.

Best of luck Aletia. I'm up and running 100% again with Ventures Online, and you folks lost a good paying customer through nothing but your own neglect.
