first, how long do we have to back up anything we want to on the server? two what money if any dowe get back in ...

    seriously thinking about refunding my account

    first,
    how long do we have to back up anything we want to on the server?
    two what money if any dowe get back in return for the rest of the year (for people who pay yearly)

    I would back up before sending in your request for cancellation. You might even want to remove the files and put up a "not here now" message, if you have any forums (to avoid new posts).

    You'll get refunded the money from the start of the next billing month through the end of what you paid. So, if you started on the 14th of a given month, and have four months left now, you'll get four months refunded. If you started on the 1st of a month and have four months left, you'll get three months refunded.

    I would have done the backup any way except I can't cause I can't get into my server because scorpion is down arghhhh I hate this th one time when you canupdate stuff and want to do stuff and when your on a role the servers stuffed up and then yah can't do anything

    I just sent a request to the moderator to have this thread removed. What's the point of having a really good FAQ forum if it's cluttered with support requests. I look forward to this forum and feel that in some way it should be protected for good information.

    Just a thought...
