Refresh rate

A small request.
Can someone who has access to the forums Admin CP change the "Who's Online" refresh rate from 1 or 2 seconds that it is currently set at to something like 20 seconds please. My cat's getting seizures.

It will be better for the server too.

(It's the very last setting in the vBulletin Options)

Yeap... the default value is 60 seconds..

I don't know why they changed it.
