    Fix the server time

The server this forum is run from has been displaying the wrong time for over 6 months... running 20 mins fast currently. Is there any chance that this could be fixed, its extremely confusing when posts look like they've been up for a while when in fact they are much older.

In fact is this some clever ploy on Aletia's behalf to make server down posts look younger than they actually are?

I agree very much with correcting the time.

Especially in the case of downtimes, this makes it difficult for people to see when things "really" happen. When an outage is still in effect, it would make it much easier to place one's own problems in respect to everyone else's.

    *Bump*

Sorry don't want this one to slip out of sight

I don't really think its important enough to open a support ticket over, however its not really a trivial matter either

And then Dogma stared into the sky, transfixed on an object invisible to the rest. "It shall be done soon," he proclaims.

I don't think so. The server time is 20 or 30 minutes ahead. I think they will fix it tonight.

Nope not to do with Daylight Savings. That would put the time exactly one hour ahead or behind depending on perspective. However in this case the time is 20 mins fast for everybody and was long before daylight savings came into effect over here in UK/Europe.

For example the time here is precisely 8:36 GMT (radio controlled clock) check the post time against that

Actually, I'm pretty sure that Daylight Savings Time went into effect last Sunday. Europe and the US are in sync in the Fall, but one week apart in the Spring.
