    Hey TC, how about some cooking classes?

    Moussaka isn't that hard to make. Once I even made a whole Moussaka by myself (with some guidance of my cooking teacher of course...)!

    Huh. According to that link, I guess I'd count as a "professional" troll. I don't flame, but a few here can attest to my argumentativeness when I get rolling!

    Like, for example: I like moussaka, but nothing beats a good ravioli di zucca (my favorite dish for the past year or so).

    Nah, it's meat-free. "Zucca" is squash. And the ravioli are mmm, sweet-tasting. Perfect with the cuts of ham and sausages served for the appetizer.
