    Changing Payment Plans

The system to change an existing customer's payment from something like monthly to yearly is extremely poor.

I had to go through the "Sign Up" process from scratch, while altering a radio button and adding a few key words to the "special instructions" box at the very end of the process.

In the end I think I merely created a new account instead of altering my existing one. Apparently the special instructions didn't go through, even though I followed tech support's instructions. Not good.

To conclude, I believe a new system to change payment plans should be installed. Just think, it might even make a few more people switch from monthly to yearly like I tried to do...

I completely agree. I am still trying to switch mine, meanwhile being threatened to have my account canceled. This could of all been taken care of 2.5 weeks ago when I initally tried to do it and got NO help from the customer service.

Good news... at least for me

Since my initial post all issues have been cleared up - but that still doesn't erase the fact that the system is defective to begin with.

It took only 2 days for tech support to cancel my monthly subscription and reassign my domain pointer to the originial account - for that I will give them credit.

If anyone has problems I'd recommend they make a ticket of type "Billing", I've had only good experiences with the support.
