I know there are some people in the forum saying that support is now back to normal but my experience is somewhat different. I'm on Stingray and opened a ticket Ticket, T-43176, on April 12th for something related to Multi hosted domains and to subdomains. This was a follow up to another ticket. I had requested 2 domains to point to 2 subdomains that I created. I got a response that all was done but 10 days later, when it still didn't work I opened the ticket in question. Now another 12 days later, the ticket is still open, only half the problem is solved. In the mean time I had moved one of these multi hosted domains to another hosting company. The last inquiry I added to the ticket was on the 16th of April, thats 6 days ago and I still didn't get a response from Ron. When I first signed up with Aletia support was amazing and now I don't know what happened. I rarely write to support anyways, but it is always nice to receive a reply to your questions even if the problem doesn't get resolved.
