Well, I don't post here too much, but I just wanted to thank Aletia support for their quick response to a ticket I raised today...
I've been around for about six months, and thankfully haven't had the need to raise a ticket over the last 3 months, when things have obviously been a bit rough... When I first arrived here, support was phenomenally good... I have read many negative posts recently, and I am not dismissing those... there have obviously been some problems, but I do feel that things are looking up. The response to my ticket today was swift and helpful. Thankyou Lakshmi
I am on Puma, and after several weeks of problems, I am very happy that the cat is being retired... I was moved off Scorpion I think, when that machine died, and that was fairly painless (although, then as now, it is stressful being on a struggling machine).
All in all, I am very happy with Aletia, and look forward to a long future here.
