What seems to be the problem

I understand that the forums are so that people can get help. But scrolling through the forums all I ever see is anger and dismay. I have been with aletia for about a year and have 3 domains. The very few times had a question it was answered relatively quick. I am wondering if some of these just take small issues and excellerate them beyond normality. You have to remember that the admins are people too, and cant just click thier heels and make it happen before you hit send on your support ticket.

YEah, i'm agree with that.... I've been here for 2 months, and all my questions and requests have been replied by the staff. When I signed up I had problems, but I tried to not fall in desperation... And look, I'm happy now
