Ok, I know this is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy off topic for a hosting forum!

I just watched a interesting show on public access cable.
They were talking about a bill waiting to go to the President for his approval. The bill is HR1617.

Anyone familar with this??

It has an interesting spectrum of critics - some of the names are famiiar to me. Just do a google search on the bill's number. But, as I'm neither American nor US resident, it is only of academic interest to me
