What exactly is the problem you are trying to report? I have had good luck with pressing issues, however my latest request has yet to be resolved, but it's a "move" type request.![]()
My last tickets has been some questions, and all those have been replied by the support staff...
But I really don't know why Aletia won't respond to some tickets...

Actually I am surprised that some people still have those problems...my last few tickets got answered withing a couple of hours, even if I sent them an email and not really openend a tt...![]()
It is interesting that they respond some tickets really promptly but don't bother about others...
I've opened a ticket which was transfered to sales and assigned to Laura. I'm yet to receive a reply, after 14 days.

I've been waiting 6 days just to get a response on a ticket I opened asking for an upgrade on my account from Essential to Personal. I know it only takes a few seconds to upgrade an account. I told them to just add the charge to my card.... But NOOOOOOOOOOO. It's gonna take all this time. I'm going over my bandwidth this month by a ton so by the last few days of the month it's gonna be down and YA KNOW WHY?! Because I'm not gonna get my Mofo'in upgrade in time!!!!!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

I am waiting 3 more days, and I'll be leaving Aletia if my ticket is not answered. I wonder how many people already left befause of this *&^%.
