    Whats Aletia Doing

    I am just wondering if anyone knows... what is Aletia doing that they wont respond to any customer support. Is it some new plane to lose all their customers and then start new again???

    What exactly is the problem you are trying to report? I have had good luck with pressing issues, however my latest request has yet to be resolved, but it's a "move" type request.

    My last tickets has been some questions, and all those have been replied by the support staff...

    But I really don't know why Aletia won't respond to some tickets...

    Actually I am surprised that some people still have those problems...my last few tickets got answered withing a couple of hours, even if I sent them an email and not really openend a tt...
    It is interesting that they respond some tickets really promptly but don't bother about others...

    I've opened a ticket which was transfered to sales and assigned to Laura. I'm yet to receive a reply, after 14 days.

    I've been waiting 6 days just to get a response on a ticket I opened asking for an upgrade on my account from Essential to Personal. I know it only takes a few seconds to upgrade an account. I told them to just add the charge to my card.... But NOOOOOOOOOOO. It's gonna take all this time. I'm going over my bandwidth this month by a ton so by the last few days of the month it's gonna be down and YA KNOW WHY?! Because I'm not gonna get my Mofo'in upgrade in time!!!!!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

    yep. it was assigned to Laura.

    I am waiting 3 more days, and I'll be leaving Aletia if my ticket is not answered. I wonder how many people already left befause of this *&^%.
