Im wondering if anyone else received a reply or got helped by Laura, Marc, Ron or Dana recently ?
Reason im asking is I've still not received any replies or help with a little domain problem I'm having atm.
Usualy when I emailed them or opened a ticked the problem was solved very quickly.
I also noticed no announcements being made for a few weeks now aswell...

Are they on vacation or anyone knows what's going on ?

I talked to somebody the other day when multihosted domains weren't working on puma. It was somebody new, not someone you mentioned though.

Uhmm. My recent tickets were replied by Lijoe or Sojish.... But those were only a few questions...


I haven't heard about Ron or Laura...

I've been dealing with Sojish as well and my tickets are being answered pretty quickly.
