Aletia - what is wrong how to fix thread

ok im just writing the thread as may people are starting to complain about there services and all.
and thought this may be a good thread to improve whatever the problems are mabye this could be a stick so we can vote on what should be done and all,

then mabye if we send the thread to aletia nsupport they can look and see what the heck is going on?
just a though?
