I got really angry with Aletia, you're osing a big customer!!!!!

I'm an IT officer of an top Web Design/Service in Vietnam, I signed up 2 packs with aletia then for recurring transcation problem, I emailed Laura to ask her stop it, then I received a cancelution from paysystems and my pack were canceled as well, I patiently signed again twice (and emailed Aletia, kindly asked them to fix the problem) but I couldn't set my account and few days after I got a msg from paysystems again without an explaination about what was going on with my pack???
I just wondering If you have a problem with your mind or you hate my money or you dont need more client??????

I decided to move to other webhosting not just for that, I also experience lots of people complain about Aleita service, surpport, downtime.....

I suggest people who new to Aletia move to other web hosting!!!!!!!

Clam down man (gian qua English bat dau sai be bet kia )

My site (DDTH) got nearly 1M hits per month, the server which hosts my site has been down twice in just a week, and I'm not as angry as you

Listen to me: clam down, and wait...until the server is back on, then you'll be able to back up your files to another hosting

your post doesn't make sense at all to me, sorry. You signed up for two packages and you got two. What's the problem? There ARE recurring charges unless you do the 1 year payment option.

Also, I hate to say it but you are not a BIG customer. Everyone here is a customer and no one customer is "bigger" than the other. And by stating that you are "big" doesn't exactly get you attention for more support either.

And since this is NOT a support request, I'm moving it.

I *think* he was trying to say that he ordered 2 packages, but perhaps got billed incorrectly ("recurring transaction problem"). And when he emailed about this problem, his account was cancelled instead.

Okay, I think that's about right now that I read it a few times.

Hey dude, sorry about the problems you're having, but I don't think Aletia *hates* anyone.

I'm may not a big customer but I'm surely potentially a big custom, I'll advice our custom which web service is good and ofcourse Aletia not!
the problem is they didn't even tell me what happened! it wasted my time!!!
Mr. Mod: The registration never provides the option to stop recurring (it's recurring by default!)

    Sorry about your problems

I have my own servers, unix, NT, and a Windows 2000 connected with a T1 Line throuh espire. I also have a personal account with Aletia, it's for a club that needed multiple ftp accounts, multihosting, email, and serveral sub-domains, I don't think they do a bad job.

I've always been taken care of by tech support very promptly, they're down no more than espire or MCI's T1 / T3 lines. Also, I read the message and didn't understand the problem either? Try and be very though and give as much info as you can. I'm sort of thankful they don't put the "Big" customers over me. To me my problems are just as serious as anyone elses.

oh well.... the reason I'm writing is about the unlimited traffic. My opinion is when a host offers unlimited bandwith - avoid them. When you have 100 accounts and only so much bandwith, the smaller accounts are going to be the ones to suffer. If your a big customer buy your own servers, routers, CSU/DSU, backups, T1 installed and hire a geek to keep it up yourself. Then you can host accounts and offer unlimited bandwith.

Wow...this is more than I wanted to say.
    Sorry if I offended anyone.
