    Lijoe

    I have been waiting for my domain to be setup for some time now and today I started a new ticket, within a hour Lijoe emailed me and then within 2 hours I got my domain setup. Lijoe did a really good job and I am once again a happy customer

    During one of Cobra's downtimes (*cough*which was never even mentioned in the announcements either), half my databases were corrupt. After a few quick exchanges with Lijoe, they were restored. What was nice was that he actually emailed further to ensure that everything was running smoothly, and asked me to reply back about it. After I ok'ed everything, then the ticket was closed. Now THAT's good support.
