Ok here's my problem--I changed credit cards last month and asked Aletia what I needed to do to change my billing information. They said:
Anyway to make a long story short--nothing happened. My old credit card was billed and Aletia de-activated both my accounts. I have tried and emailed using the support ticket since 04/29 and nobody replies or helps.hi,
To update your credit card information, simply open an account via our web site (as if you're signing up for a new account). Enter the correct billing information on the payment page, then when you reach the account setup form, be sure to indicate your original order ID (found in your previous email receipt, not your new one) under the "Special Instructions" section of the form.Do let us know if you face any difficulty.Thank you.

I didn't have my original order ID, and I realized this after I signed up for another account. I did however enter my domain names in the "Special Instructions"
some how one of my accounts was re-activated, but not my personal one.
I emailed support again to maybe open up a new ticket--
I also called the emergency number so I could speak with someone over the phone. I am writing here so I can say I tried to contact Aletia as much as I could. I don't have AIM nor ICQ --but if I have to download them I will.
