Ticket system failure

When I try to add a post to an open ticket (T-46106), I get the following message:
Parse error: parse error in /home/aletia/public_html/aletia/post.php on line 297

Looks like the script has sprung a leak and needs to be looked at.

I got the same problem and emailed support about this last night. I just tried it again a few minutes ago and still getting the same error message.

I just updated a ticket and didn't find any problems. It seems creating new tickets has a problem, but not current ones. Maybe try re-opening a ticket and telling them the problem OR e-mail Ron or Dana.

I did not have any problem updating a ticket. It happened when I tried closing it. But they must have fixed the problem sometime this afternoon because I was able to open/close tickets already.
