OK here is my story like many others. I signed up with aletia like two weeks ago and havent got my account setup yet. please can someon e help me I have got my whole website in my computer. I need to get online I am gettin behind in everything. Please set up my accounyt. zI thought it only takes 24 hours but seems like its going to take all year long.. Atleast let me know why is it takin so ling so I can be asure of it. Yu guys are not responding to my ticket or email nothin. I send a email askin for my account setup got a email back from aletia sayin send your paysystems order number and we will check it for yu. I said ok wateva I send my order nuimber and got response yet . What is aletia doing. Sleepin or wat wake up there people waitin for yur respnse. anyways


Can someone please tell me how to cancel my account and get a refund back.

Since you have not actually used your alleged account yet... call your credit card people ASAP, and dispute the charges.

Find you another host, any host but Aletia.

Head the warning signs, and move on... it's an omen!!!
