No response, no help!

My PHP Auto-Installer is not working, contacted Aletia on 5/30, and got a reply. Got another reply the same day saying that they are still working on it. Great!

I have since updated the ticket twice asking for a status update. No response! I just want to know when the auto installer will be up and running! I have heard nothing from Aletia since 5/30.

I even opened another ticket about the problem, and no response.

Just an update on what's going on, that's all I wanted.
