Why cant I get the support Aletia Promises?

I have been trying to get my site up and running since last Monday (June 3), and I have opened 3 different tickets asking for customer support.. but yet, my site ticket is NOT resolved, and my domain is not even registered.

My credit card has been charged, and I have yet to get my domain to start using asap.

what happened to this? where is MY guarantee? when will I get the support you Promise on your site??

i just want my site up... and a decent customer support.

If you peruse the forums, you'll notice that Aletia domain registration is unreliable. Your best bet is to register the domain yourself. PM Ron, and he may be able to help you get your account set up if it already hasn't been done.

But really, go register the domain name yourself. It's better that way.

I can get the domain registered myself in a matter of 24 hours with my previous host.. not a problem.

I just want to know WHY Aletia cant seem to actually have the customer support they so highly promise on their site?

Not to mention that they cant even get the &$%@ hosting going.. or contact me about any problems.



How munch longer does it take company to do a task that takes 24 hrs? I even called their emergency line and guess what.. NOTHING!



my other 2 domains were up for hosting renewal and I was thinking of getting them transfered over to aletia.. but there is NO WAY i am going to chance having my other domains down with this experience.

this is the second time aletia *#&%@ with support. They should DELETE their claim on their site.
