Worst Hosting Service I Ever Have!!!

Yesterday it was down for 7 hours and today it happens again at the same time. And nobody from support respond - why?

Possibly some rogue user script or cron job. Or maybe the big fire near Denver. Would be nice if they'd post an announcement though.

I've been thru a number of hosts myself, and none of them were perfect, believe me. It's the trouble with shared hosting environments. And Aletia is pretty permissive about what they let users run. That isn't a formula for the most stable server environment, although they don't too badly IMHO. Tough to strike a balance and keep everyone happy I guess.

I've been using Aletia Hosting for probably close to 5 months now, and I've had a combined downtime of probably around 5 hours. Pretty damn good if you ask me.

Their response on the ticket system is outstanding when there are issues (at least so far for me)..

However, I RARELY see them on AIM or ICQ. I didn't even know my account was being moved from one server to another until Postnuke on all 3 of my sites stopped retaining logins in any browser.
