I don't know if you opened 4 tickets on the same thing. But if you did, please be aware that methodology usually doesn't produce very good results. It just muddies the waters.

This recent thread had some tips on working the ticket system that might help you. Note my suggestion there of updating your original ticket periodically to keep it in the support queue.

I think on occasion opening a second ticket can help, especially if the ticket has been assigned to someone who is not responding. They may be on vacation, or for some other reason they just have not been alerted (an email filter or something might be the culprit there). If you do this, be sure you provide the tech with the first ticket number, and tell them the person you were assigned to has not yet responded.

I'm still getting very good response times to my own occasional tickets, usually within an hour or so (often better). In fact, I just submitted a ticket today concerning a server disk that was quickly approaching its capacity. Lijoe answered and resolved it in about 20 minutes (Lijoe rocks!!! ). But if one is to believe the forums here, others like yourself have apparently not been so lucky. Maybe only the unlucky ones post their support problems here; I don't know. I can say with some certainty that some methods of getting the attention of the support team work much better than others.

    Lijoe rocks! True..

Yes true Lijoe is one of the best..
And i never had Problems, but i opened 1 package before 1 Month and the domain is still not registered, and one before 10 days and i still wait for the domain..
I canceled before 3 Months a package in the 30 day timeframe.. and i still dont have the money back..
They just dont answer to this tickets anymore..
I opened in a intervall of 3 days new tickets..
and if after 3 days no response is comming, i think then is something wrong...

I highly recommend you first look at the link I provided above. There's some advice there about Laura as well as the how to work the ticket system. Also Aletia has switched to a self-registration type deal for the domain names. There's been some threads that have dealt with that, as well as an annoucement about it in recent weeks.

And yes, I'd agree that 3 days without an answer indicates something is probably awry with your ticket. There's definitely been something going on with tickets assigned to Laura, judging from the posts here lately. No one here seems to know quite what (or if they do, they're not saying). If the updating or resubmission doesn't work, you might try contacting one of the mods here for some intervention.
