    Disillusioned

    I have been a customer for several months. Things have been sometimes good but mostly ok. I decided to take the plunge and I opened a few more accounts. Since then things have been downhill fast.

    The technical support has been acceptable but the sales has been terrible. I have had unresolved sales related issues for over 3 weeks and no responses to my emails. That is none - zero -zippo.

    Recently I decided to cancel one of my accounts which I paid for in advance for a year. That was late last week. After 5-6 days sales has not contacted me about my refund.

    I can understand things get a bit hectic but for a company that states support is an important issue they are not proving it to me when it comes to sales. I bet if I was asking questions or about to purchase an account I would get a speedy response from sales.

    Sour grapes - nope. Just a consumer who worked hard for his money and expects value in return.

    Would I recommend Aletia to others? Well maybe, but not as the number one choice for sure.

    I certainly hope my issues are resolved soon.

    I'm 2 months plus some from cancelling a full year paid account (Apr 23rd) and I still have not received my refund.

    Lesson learned? Never pay any hosting coming a cent more than a month's worth of hosting else you will get screwed.
