Quick question, what helpdesk software does aletia use? and if it is specifly made for there needs and a end user like me cant buy ...

    Quick question, what helpdesk software does aletia use? and if it is specifly made for there needs and a end user like me cant buy it, is there any that look like it since i love the layout of it!

    also dont say perldesk, IMHO it sucks

    AFAIK, the Aletia Helpdesk was written by Ron.
