Ticket system

I know there's been a lot of trouble with the ticket system lately, and I thought I should post that it still isn't working properly.

When you try to update an open ticket, or add a comment to a ticket before you close it, it doesn't go through and you get a 404 error screen.

I just wanted to let the powers that be know there's still a glitch.

Yeah i get that tooo
but sometimes it isn't the actual ticket system its self rather your internet connection and sometimes it is the ticket system its self

if you hit the back button and click submit again then it should work for ya..

It's the ticketing system that gets it :P

I always copy the text right before I post so if I get a 404 I get back and paste into the folder again.

It's the text in the comments field that creates the problem. I tried 5 times to close the ticket with a final comment, and it wouldn't work.

If you leave the text field blank, and just close the ticket, it works fine.

Sounds like you've found an interesting bug. Try sending a PM via these forums to Ron Kuris and telling him about it -- I'm pretty sure that he maintains the ticket system's code.
