Welcome to the world of wonderful aletia customer support. I would advise looking for new hosting, because things only get worse. Even when they respond they dont solve anything just hope it goes away.
I have found new hosting, and it was Aletia that pushed me to it. I paid a year in advance and I want a refund for the months that I'm not using the service. They've locked my account out, but I haven't heard anything from them since I put in the request for a partial refund.
I'm not paying for the months that I'm not using the service.

Tech support is usually quick. I'm with them for 3 weeks now and had lots of issues for them to deal with and most of them got a reply within 20 minutes. And to think of it I'm on an 8 hour difference.![]()
But I must agree, all the non-tech related questions took ages :bawl: .
I had a problem with Laura Brandt also when I signed up my service 6months ago. She is completely incompetent for me and was rude too. She needs to be reassign to other duties.
