    I've got a suggestion. Fire Laura Brandt. I've been waiting since the end of June to get Ticket T-48400 resolved and I haven't heard a damn thing.

    Welcome to the world of wonderful aletia customer support. I would advise looking for new hosting, because things only get worse. Even when they respond they dont solve anything just hope it goes away.

    I have found new hosting, and it was Aletia that pushed me to it. I paid a year in advance and I want a refund for the months that I'm not using the service. They've locked my account out, but I haven't heard anything from them since I put in the request for a partial refund.

    I'm not paying for the months that I'm not using the service.

    It took me 2.5 months to get my refund..have fun!

    Tech support is usually quick. I'm with them for 3 weeks now and had lots of issues for them to deal with and most of them got a reply within 20 minutes. And to think of it I'm on an 8 hour difference.

    But I must agree, all the non-tech related questions took ages :bawl: .

    I had a problem with Laura Brandt also when I signed up my service 6months ago. She is completely incompetent for me and was rude too. She needs to be reassign to other duties.
