I am getting frustrated by the lack of support I am recieving. Specifically, I have been waiting since July 17th for info about SpamAssassin failing on Swan (ticket 49794). I did get an initial response when I first created the ticket, but when the tech's first try at fixing the problem failed, the ticket was reassigned, and no one has done anything with it.

This is not the first time this has happened, (I have at least three other tickets open with no action for several weeks) and I find it unacceptable that these tickets get dropped.
