    W000, We Can Have A Contest - Who Has The Longest Unanswered Support Ticket?

    Eh, we can make a freaking game out of this (not good ) I've got one that went unanswered for over a month. Anyone got longer?

    I've got one now assigned to the infamous Laura.. I actually got a pretty fast response asking for more information, but i haven't heard anything back in 2 days. So the clock is ticking....

    CeleronXL, I am a bit confused, you are a forum mod and you are using Aletia's "a" as an avatar? I thought that was reserved for paid staff only.

    That's a bit clashing with your recent posts, complaining about unanswered tickets etc. Please explain, thanks.

    Still Waiting for SSL Cert response

    I'm still waiting on an ssl cert request posted back in early July.... since then I've moved over to http://ezoshosting.com and had everything (including ssl cert) set up and running in 4 days... this included some technical assistance too.

    Um.... Yeah. The forums admin didn't censor any words in the usertitle. I assume one could put anything they wanted - Admin, Mod, Moderator, Administrator, etc. So I was easily able to put Moderator. I also just used the Aletia @. It's not hard and they can't censor that avatar, as it's an image. O_o

    Yep! I haven't actually be able to watch the episodes yet because I can't afford them, but I plan on borrowing the DVDs from a friend in about a week. I've been a big fan for a few years anyway - I love the artwork and the music
