So, now the ticketing system doesn't work...
Just created a new ticket (T-50217) and tried to log back in with the provided link...
404 Not Found
Accessible through the support.aletia.com url and typing in the number directly... but it looks like the edifice is crumbling further.
It's sad... When I started with Aletia a year ago it was great, and has been most of the time.
However, I dislike making recommendations/referrals for a host that fails to even respond to requests for new business... that fails to communicate with its clients and which seems to go out of its way to make it as near impossible as it can for us to communicate with them. Even emailing sales now requires the opening of a damn ticket!!!
I'm leaving... I would like to thank Ron in particular for the support effort he has provided over much of the time I was with Aletia, but the issues have now become too many and too widespread to ignore... I need a professionally minded host with a professional attitude towards the provision of that service and, like others, I am prepared to pay more to achieve it.
Above all else, Aletia needs to COMMUNICATE with its users... much would be forgiven in the process... its the combination combined with the lack of communication on the subject that sows much of the discontent among us customers
