Move domains to AletiaNic.com

It would be nice if you would move all existing domains to AletiaNic.com over from

http://www.aletiahosting.com/quickreg/index2.html

Or at least make an announcement on how to do this.

Yeah. What's with Aletia? I've got ticket 50244 in since 24-July-2002 asking for access so I can manage my domain names.

Laura Brandt responded, asking what domain name it was (the same one that I filled in on the ticket generation form!!!) and I promptly answered, and there has been no response since then.

I sent a PM to Ron and also have no joy.

Luckily I was just trying to keep all my info in order and under control. What if I had needed this info to repoint my names or renew my domain or to keep my site up?

Very rude and unprofessional lack of support.

If you are on the old system, are you going to:

https://www.registryrocket.com/defau...3B& color=tan

And then entering the login fields with

"yourdomain.com"

and the original password for your user account that Aletia gave you when you signed up (or you gave them.)

For a while I made the mistake of trying to login with my user name and you actually have to use your full domain name and extension.

I sent in a new ticket referencing the first week-old ticket, and it got updated with a blank space.

So what does this mean?

At least the system is e-mailing you. I've entered the domain (like the instruction says), and the password I'd selected when I mistakenly signed up for this service.

The system responds with "password not valid." And attempting to log on with a blank for the password results in "password cannot be blank." Requesting the password to be e-mailed results in......

NOTHING! Yay!

Hello all,

Unfortunately, I am also experiencing problems accessing the domain name account for which I am in charge of.

To the best of my knowledge, AletiaNIC.com is the registrar. After numerous e-mails and support tickets. I too, am no closer to resolving this issue.

I am not one to openly voice my grievances. But to reside on the "Eagle" server (we all know what that means) since November of last year, and now this dilemmia. It would seem that the only way to get results, is to post ones problem for all to see.

Should a representative from Jaguar Technologies see this, I ask for a little intervention on your part.
