While I have noted a distinct improvement in communication with JaguarPC and their staff coming and answering questions here, it seems the Billing department is still Old School Aletia.
I have 3 e-mails in to them (the first one is almost a week old) and I have heard absolutely nothing back from them.
Not a confirmation that they received the e-mail, nothing at all.
Today, I tried to send another e-mail for a request I have and I got this response:
This is insane! Now I can't even get through to billing to request my 30-day Money Back Guarantee!Your document: Refund my account
was not delivered to: <billing@aletia.com>
because: Error transferring to mail.ALETIA.COM; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 452 space shortage , please try later
Please....Aletia, JaguarPC, PaySystems....SOMEBODY, please e-mail us and reassure everyone that there is someone working on this!
