jag vs. jaguar_james

I'm getting a little confused here on exactly who is who. Are both Jag and Jaguar_James from JaguarPC and are they both now to be listened to as though they represent Aletia?

Or are they the same person? I'm confused. :weyes:

Shouldnt be too confusing. Look at our signatures. Greg is Jag and I am Jaguar_James. We are both posting here lately to try to help out as many users as possible during the transition. Hope this clears up some confusion.

We represent Aletia now because we are Aletia. Now that Jaguar Technologies LLC owns Aletia we are trying our hardest to get through the buildup of support tickets, forum posts, and billing issues.

I think you guys need to make an announcement and tell us exactly who is and who isn't aletia staff =)

Some of the names you used to be used to that are not part of the staff now are:

Mark
Dana
Laura
Wilson
None of the former management

Perhaps you should make this is a formal announcement in the Announcement forums. I think that will be more helpful. I imagine that many users will not necessarily encounter this thread.

And while you are at it, you should include Job descriptions for them if they are in a particular area. For example, Laura would be the one to contact about accoun setup issues. I think you want to point out stuff like well John is for tech support, Ron is this etc.
