No Further Response from Ron

People keep suggesting PMing Ron Kuris to get resolution to problems that tech support can't or won't handle in a timely and accurate fashion. But apparently, PMing doesn't work either, since I've got two messages that remain unread within the last two weeks.

All I wanted was access to the domain registry system (either old or new...wherever it is that the information is accessible). And since Aletia won't provide that information, all I can assume is that Aletia owns my domain, not me.

It won't matter that Aletia insists that users own their own domains if any WHOIS queries display Aletia as the owner.

I think the "PM Ron" suggestions you're seeing are more than a week old. That's an important distinction, because JaguarPC has taken over Aletia. They have, as a result, also taken over support.

While Ron apparently continues on at JaguarPC (which is good news), forum interaction appears to be almost done 100% by JaguarPC people.

Take at look at this thread for e-mail contact information, and this one for the unfolding details of the buyout.

As before, tickets and e-mail are the preferred methods of support. But because they appear to have a larger dedicated team to working the tickets, I think you'll have a better chance of a response from the current support team than previously. Try those "classic" methods instead of PMs.
