DIET COKE =) besides, i can't stand britney spears.

i don't have a reason, but whenever i buy a drink i always buy diet coke and if there isn't any i get iced tea or root bear, but never pepsi unless i'm REALLY thirsty.

There is a huge difference in the diet versions.

In a blind taste test, admittedly under less-than-perfect-scientifically-controlled conditions, my wife gave me both Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi.

I had insisted that I couldn't taste a difference, and she bet me that I could.

Well, the Diet Pepsi left a bitter aftertaste in my mouth, but of course I told her that I couldn't tell the difference. I figure that she was stupid enough to set up the test this way... I should win the bet.

But seriously, she was right, and of course I told her so. A smart man knows when to lose the bet and keep a happy relationship. I'm learning...

LOL, Ron. It's like that trick where the person handing in his test late sticks it in the middle of the pile of tests. If the professor doesn't know the student's name, he won't know whose test to disqualify.

I like Coke for the same reason as I like dark chocolate: Pepsi and milk chocolate are too sweet for my taste.

And then there are those of us who have bucked the caffeine monster. Water, juice, and alcohol. Every now and then I'll have a sprite.

But earlier I'd drink coke.... I'm sweet enough without pepsi. And, yes, there is a difference. Two friends of mine who just got married to each other are avid cola drinkers -- one will only drink coke, the other insists on pepsi. I'm interested to see if one eventually convinces the other to switch.

Oh, and I think it's funny that Coke shows up blue and Pepsi as red. But I didn't change the order because that would put Coke as the first choice.

That's pretty much me, too. I have a 1.5 liter bottle of water always on my desk. Still, I love iced tea in summer. But I usually don't drink Coke or Pepsi -- unless there's rum in it.
