I understand sales is quite backed up, but I would like to have an idea how long it is going to take them to set up my account. If it is going to take too long, can I get a refund?

I'm in the same boat. I signed up, they charged my credit card, but I am yet to hear when my account will be set up...and when my current domain will be transfered.
Is it just because it is labor day weekend? I'm willing to understand a two or three day delay for the holiday, but could a real person from accounts email and let me know if I will be credited the lost days on my account that I have been billed for?

All of the sales and billing inquiries should be caught up by tonight. I apologize for the delays.

Dear Greg,
Thank you for being the "real person" that responded.
Thanks again for letting me know that I'll be able to continue moving forward to transfer my site very soon.

Well, I tried registering my domain but that didn't work either. After I select the domain, it says the page can not be displayed. Has anyone else had this problem as well?
I'm not sure if this may be the case here, but sometimes one gets the frustrating "page can not be displayed" error upon submitting a page containing a form of some sort. As long as it's not some page that might generate a second charge, you should try refreshing the page once or twice before giving up. Might be a good idea to clear your browser cache as well before trying. If that still doesn't work, it's probably best to send in a support ticket, or emailing sales@aletia.com. Good luck.Originally posted by Candy
