    troubled

Well, I must say, I am now beginning to become irritated.

Firstly, where have all the posters to this forum gone? Archives are missing, as they didn't pertain to Jaguar, but I don't feel that is right. Where have all of the naysayers gone? I sense moderation and deletion, and that worries me.

Secondly. are you doing away with the option of monthly checking payments?

Thirdly, what do you mean you have limited scripting abilities of some users? If I can't have free range of scripts, then why bother with this service?

Fourthly, why do you need our pay information all over again? How come it was not transferred from Aletia to Jag?

Fifthly, did our contracts transfer? Did we have a contract if we had monthly service?

I must say, this would be an optimum time to change hosts.

Also, at the Jaguar site, what the heck does this mean, "Different users may access specific sections of this site that pertain to your account. " By logging in, we are giving permissions for others to see our information?

Im not sure what you are referring to, can you site an example? Of course we moderate the boards but are you suggesting becuase people are not complaining daily that we are removing all negative posts? If so that simply not true.

monthly checking payments? You mean the ability to by month by month via check, moeny order or paypal? If so, you can still pay using those methods.

Thirdly, what do you mean you have limited scripting abilities of some users? If I can't have free range of scripts, then why bother with this service?
We never said limited scripting abilities, we implemented resource limits to prevent servers from crashing when users try to use the entire server for themeselves.

Fourthly, why do you need our pay information all over again? How come it was not transferred from Aletia to Jag?
We have account details and information, but the payment details like credit card data is stored at paysystems. Aletia did not store that data and since we are trying to drop paysystems for our existing system we have always used we need to retreive the details again.

Fifthly, did our contracts transfer? Did we have a contract if we had monthly service?

No accounts are changing, we are just trying to get updated billing information for each and every user. I've never heard that interpreted as giving others access to your details. That is not what is trying to be relayed, only you and the Jaguar staff can access your information. Resellers can access areas that regular clients can't and thats all we we're trying to state.

Sorry if any of the notices we sent out were confusing. We know its an inconvenience to update your details but its a very necessary step we have to take.

    Regards,
    Greg

The lack of negative posts signify an improvement in the level of service. I agree with you, it's weird the way there are no negative posts anymore.

Believe me, there has been no mass moving of negative posts either. And I'm the gestapo mod, so believe me! Usually I'm the one moving and deleting ROFL

Never mind, for some reason it was sent to the email I signed up to Aletia with. Odd, as I have a different one in CPanel.
