    Order Confirmation

    Hello,

    I just tried to purchase a hosting plan, with a domain name included. I was surprised to find that the order didn't present me an order confirmation page with a total cost of the services ordered displayed. This did not give me the chance to notice I had neglected to choose a hosting plan. I believe it just processed an order for the domain name, but I'm not sure, because the message I received just said a transaction for the domain was processed with no mention of a hosting plan. I then processed a second transaction for a hosting plan and selected 'transfer' the domain name, which I processed first. I'm hoping that someone can merge the two orders, and have the domain name included in the hosting service charge, as I would have if I had been presented the chance to catch my error.

    I have not yet received a confirmation email with my order information.

    What course of action do you recommend from here?

    Hi,

    I think you have used one of the orders, but what I was looking for was a combination of the orders. After forgetting to include a hosting package in the first order, I selected a domain transfer on the second transaction, thinking that the original order processed the domain name purchase. I think there has been no domain purchase to this point, as the domain still shows as available when looking at whois information. The account has been set up, but no domain name seems to be attached to it. I would purchase the domain at another registrar, but I'm not sure if we've been charged for it already, and we paid for one year of hosting, which should include the domain name. Has this changed? I've tried to login from the client link on the Jaguar PC page, but it says that the username doesn't exist. I can't submit a support ticket from the Jaguar version of the control panel, because it doesn't appear to have a link to the ticket system.

    I'd like to get this solved, but I can find no way of figuring out if the domain registration has been processed. I've already sent email to everyone I can think of, with no reply.
