Suggestion: please, answer your mails (you're on bussiness)

    Hi,

I'm trying to buy a host plan (I'm not beggiong it) and after filling in the form I get some kind of error, I'm redirected somewhere in JaguarPC and I get a PHP error.

I ask for all this to Aletia (sales & webmaster e-mails) and get no answer. Not even from JaguarPC who aproached to let them know.

Do not want to make bussiness?

    Isn't there anyone out there?

    Is Aletia down?

    Please, let me know.

    Thanx,
    hip

What credit card type are you trying to use (visa, mc, amex) ? The card number is coming back as invalid.

    Mastercard

It is a Mastercard. 24 hours ago I purchased a domain through AletiaNIC with it. No problem.

    Missunderstood?

'No problem' didn't mean 'Leave it!'

    I meant tha I-had-no-problem-hours-ago-using-my-card-to-purchase-a-domain-name-with-AletiaNIC.

Am I supposed to get any answer or may I say 'ALETIA do not sell hosting plans anymore'?

    Jag out there?

Thanx, still can't believe what I see,

Yes Im here, we process a lot of orders everyday. We are very much still in business and will be . I dont know what to say if the script is giving you a bad card error. PM me with your site name you want hosting for, I will setup a user login for you at our site to update your details . We will see if the billing system will process your card or not.

AletiaNIC is through eNom. They use one billing system (registryrocket?).
Hosting uses a different billing system (paysystems?).
It's possible if you use a debit card, one won't accept it, but the other will.
It's also possible that if your Master Card company has had several chargebacks from Aletia, they MAY have blackballed them.
    Just possibilities.
