not enough that you are billing me annually AND monthly for one hosting package the fourth month now, last month you were booking me on 16.8. and on 26.8. and I paid annually, so three times!
Listen, I'm not used to being betrayed by my ISP, so if your answer is not satisfying, I will think about hiring a lawyer.
I also considered to simply ask my bank to cancel your subscriptions, but you would book me the next months again because you do not seem to be able to stop the secondary, monthly order. And I am afraid of that you could be too stupid to see that I am in the right position when I cancel your subscriptions. So you could shut down my homepage, thinking I would not want to pay.
I am also sick of sending you the Order Numbers, because
i) I sent them to you 4 times
ii) it doesn't seem to produce any results when sending them to you
iii) you should have them anyway
iiii) you don't seem to be interested in solving this problem anyway.

Why don't you simply look into your booking system, find the orders by my name, cancel one and refund the money? You could save lots of trouble by doing so.
