    lack of support!

    How about answering support tickets within a short time?
    I sent in a ticket last Saturday on the Jaguar site, I have yet to get a response. This is very frustrating, I never waited this long with Aletia. The most I waited for a ticket response with Aletia is 2 days, that happened only once. As of tomorrow it will be 7 days. This is just unacceptable!

    Uhmm. I can't do anything to help you, but I'm getting short response times with my tickets... Usually 1-2 hours...


    Try updating your ticket, or send a PM to Jag.

    About two hours is the same for me. If a ticket does get lost in the shuffle go in and check the status. Then modify to alert them that it is still there. If that does not work then submit a new one.
