I've seen some complaints here and wanted to give a differing opinion for the benefit of those that might be considering moving to aletia/jpc. I suspect this is also the opinion of the vast majority of their customers.
I've been with aletia for about two years. I've had no billing problems and have had to contact support only twice. Both times the matters was resolved much quicker than anyone should've expect. I received prompt updates via the ticket system on the status of the problem and it's resolution. Aletia has been very good for me.
