There are several servers, but I think they all are configured the same. RedHat 7.3 is what's on copper.
Know what Krypton is?
I know that a while back they said they were going to be switching to FreeBSD on new servers, but I don't think they ever did, considering that everyone was just moved to new servers and they still all appear to be Red Hat. Since they are all new configs (JPC just opened a new datacenter a couple months ago, if you aren't aware of that already), I'd be willing to bet that all of the servers have the same config--Red Hat 7.3.

I think Jason's explanation was best. But to add, you can confirm for yourself from the shell. Log in using ssh (with the same username and password as for your control panel). Then type "cat /etc/redhat-release". If the file exists, it'll print out the version. If not, then you're on a different distro (unlikely, but hey...).Originally posted by Bort

I didn't recognise the username as a reguar, and when I was on the reply page I couldn't see the post count. You must ahve been one of those Aletia users who didn't visit the old JPC forums much.

I probably responded to you once then. I remember giving out some advice, and the person I gave it to came back saying that it didn't work because the PHP version was so old...
